Common Good - Moveable Property Register

BRCC received the a request from PKC for information on any local moveable Commoon Good property in Blairgowrie and Rattray as they are creating a register. 

Here is a copy of what we received:

Following the development of our Common Good Land Register as required by Part 8 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, PKC is in the process of now developing a register of moveable Common Good property within Perth and Kinross.

Community Councils are invited to please share any knowledge or insights into any moveable items they are aware of, which may belong to the Common Good. 

Acopy of the moveable register produced by Fife Council has been shared as an example of what PKC might develop.
