The Big Place Conversation is underway! We (PKC) now have dates and venues confirmed for our in-person and online Place Standard events in Eastern Perthshire, see below:

Please note, the in-person sessions will be open to residents of neighbouring communities, and we will arrange tables on the day to group accordingly. You can book a place at an event by following the links provided on the PKC events page.
We are also hosting workshops for various seldom heard groups in the area (e.g. youth, elderly, LGBTQIA+) and will share information as events are confirmed.
If you would like to host your own Place Standard event we can provide hosting packs, training, and some additional support. Please contact Dante Sosa (DSosa@pkc.gov.uk) if you are interested and would like to discuss hosting your own event.
Our online survey is also live and can be found here. This can be completed as an individual or by community groups, please share through your networks and help us to increase the response rate!
Now we are looking to organise awareness raising drop-in sessions at local facilities, events, and other spaces with good access to the general public. We have information boards, flyers as well as a comment board where the community can use post-it notes to start telling us more about their local area.
If you'd like to request an awareness drop-in in your area, please get in touch with a date/location and we will try to accommodate based on demand.
